How far in advance should I book?
For events and major productions, we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance. For smaller projects, 2 weeks is usually enough. Reach out early — we fill up quickly during peak seasons (Q4 and Ramadan).
Do you travel for projects outside KL?
Absolutely. We regularly work across Malaysia and have handled projects in Singapore, Indonesia, and the UAE. Travel costs are discussed transparently during the briefing stage.
What's included in the free consultation?
A 30-minute call with Mahmoed or a senior team member where we discuss your goals, timeline, budget, and creative direction. No sales pressure — just an honest conversation about what's possible.
How long does it take to receive final deliverables?
Event highlights: 24–48 hours. Photo editing: 5–7 business days. Full brand projects: 3–6 weeks depending on scope. All timelines are agreed upfront and written into your contract.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For projects above RM10,000, we offer a 50% deposit to confirm booking with the balance due upon delivery. Custom payment schedules can be arranged for larger retainer projects.
Can I request revisions?
All projects include a set number of revision rounds agreed at the start. For photography, this means colour grading and culling adjustments. For video, one structural revision and one refinement round are standard.
